Indie Spirits That Rock At Acadia Suite Rooms, Royal Sonesta New Orleans

Yes Rum Ambassador Ian and “that Hat” will be attending Indie Spirits That Rock Thursday, at  Acadia Suite Rooms, Royal Sonesta New Orleans

Much like the music world, the spirits giants consists of powerhouse brands that everyone knows with big corporate dollars behind them for promotion. This tasting room celebrates the small brands who may not have the deep resources but all share a driving passion to spread the word about their great spirits. Rather than big budgets, these spirits producers have the “get in the van, and let’s get it done” ethos that also fuels Indie rockers bringing their music and energy from town to town.

The tasting room features at least 15 spirits suppliers, you will meet distillers, importers and brand owners with spirits from around the world.

Musical backdrop provided by our man from Boston, Brother Cleve. Musician/bartender BC will present music for the spirits of independents — indie music to drink indie spirits by, informed and inspired by their styles, flavors and homelands.
